Sam’s Home repair was absolutely fantastic! I had a tree fall on my house. It was not uninhabitable, but it did damage my roof and the siding. Sam was prompt, courteous, and did exactly what he told me he would do. He kept me updated during every step of the process. He called, emailed, or texted me to let me know what he was going to do, and then he did it. After Home Depot ordered the wrong color siding, Sam drove across town to get the correct color, and even stayed late to finish the job. I have a few projects to do this summer, and I will absolutely be calling Sam again. Thank you Sam!

I hired Sam Home repair to fix the rot wood around my chimney. I called him on a Tues. He gave me a quote on Weds. Began the work on Thursday and completed it on Friday. He did a great job. Cleaned up after. He even through in a few other items for me. I have shop multiple repair places and was never comfortable with them. I will continue to use Sam in the future for other home repairs. thanks for a job well.

Supremely amazed at the work performed by Sam. His efficiency and updates were very professional. Most importantly after the task was done we noticed a minor glitch with the door latch. Sam was recommended to me by a local waterproofing company that pinpointed my issue to be a window, which was allowing water to leak into my daughter's room. My initial call to Sam reached his voicemail, and he literally called me back 30 seconds later and was at my house to assess the situation that same afternoon. Sam's Home Repair was a great find to fix our storm damaged privacy fence. During the weekend on a Saturday we found out a section of our privacy fence was detaching and since we have two dogs and the hole was big enough for them to get out, it a very urgent matter to remedy. Sam was able to come out within an hour or so of contacting him and fixed our fence to where there was no gap for the pups to get out. A few days later he was back out to tighten up the rest of the fence to the posts and also replaced a broken post for us. The work was top notch and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I want thank Sam on his professionalism, competitive quote, pricing, and skilled craftsmanship. Sam repaired two bedroom drywalls after the walls were cut opened to access and replaces the bathroom valve systems. Sam repaired and reinforced several cracked sheetrock joints in the ceiling of the garage as well as sealed and painted a water damage area in the kitchen ceiling.
